GREGORY PARK

Gregory Park grew up in San Francisco within a family deeply connected to real estate, development, and restoration. Long before it became a profession, architecture, construction, and property were simply part of everyday life. Raised around historic homes and generations of Bay Area real estate, he developed an early appreciation for the character of residential properties and the lasting relationship people have with the places they call home.

Today, Gregory works closely with private clients across high-end residential projects throughout California, helping guide projects from acquisition and early planning through design, construction, and completion. His role often serves as a single point of coordination between clients, architects, builders, interior designers, consultants, and financial professionals, creating clarity and continuity throughout what can otherwise become a fragmented process.

As both a licensed California General Contractor and licensed California Real Estate professional, Gregory approaches projects through both a construction and investment perspective. His experience spans architecturally significant remodels, historic restorations, hillside homes, structural renovations, and ground-up residential development throughout Northern California. Having personally experienced both strong and difficult real estate markets as an investor, he brings a disciplined and thoughtful approach to budgeting, timing, financing, long-term value, and overall project direction.

Over the years, Gregory has built longstanding relationships with architects, interior designers, engineers, private banking professionals, wealth advisors, attorneys, lenders, and trusted industry professionals throughout the Bay Area. Those relationships often become an important part of the broader strategy surrounding a project, particularly for clients navigating significant investments where financial structure, acquisition strategy, tax considerations, and long-term planning all play an important role alongside design and construction.

Gregory’s approach is highly personal and relationship-driven. He genuinely enjoys the relationships that develop through the process and often considers clients friends long after projects are complete. Many clients value not only his experience and resourcefulness, but his calm presence, communication style, and ability to create stability during major decisions.

He attended Saint Mary’s College and later pursued continued studies through Stanford University and Golden Gate University’s business program. He is currently completing a master’s program in creative writing and literature through Harvard University, reflecting a longstanding interest in architecture, communication, storytelling, and the emotional connection people have with the spaces they live in.

Outside of work, Gregory remains deeply connected to family life and the Bay Area community. He enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula, and maintaining a close connection to the neighborhoods, architecture, and environments that first inspired his path into real estate and construction.

For Gregory, residential projects are never simply about building homes. They are about helping people make thoughtful decisions, creating trust throughout the process, and bringing together the right people to execute projects with clarity, care, and long-term perspective.
