GREGORY PARK

Gregory Park works closely with private homeowners throughout the planning, design, and construction of high-end residential projects across the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

His role centers on helping create clarity and continuity across what is often a highly fragmented process involving architects, consultants, contractors, municipalities, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and construction execution.

With experience spanning residential construction, development coordination, and real estate, Gregory approaches projects with a broad understanding of both execution and long-term property considerations. His work is highly relationship-driven and focused on helping clients navigate complex residential projects with greater structure, alignment, and accountability from early planning through completion.

As a licensed California General Contractor, Gregory remains closely involved throughout the execution process, helping coordinate communication between homeowners, architects, consultants, builders, and project teams while maintaining continuity between design intent, budgeting, scheduling, and construction realities.

Gregory also maintains California real estate and brokerage licenses, providing additional perspective in areas involving acquisition, property evaluation, development planning, and long-term residential value. While his work is not structured as a traditional brokerage platform, this background contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of residential projects beyond construction alone.

Over the years, Gregory has developed long-standing relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, builders, interior designers, and trusted industry professionals throughout Northern California. Those relationships help support projects requiring coordination across multiple disciplines and teams.

His approach is highly hands-on, disciplined, and centered on communication, organization, and continuity throughout the life of a project. Clients often engage Gregory not simply for construction itself, but for the structure, oversight, and long-term perspective he brings to the process as a whole.

Rather than operating as a traditional construction company, Gregory Park functions as a centralized point of coordination and leadership, helping homeowners navigate complex residential projects with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency from beginning to completion.
